Wiki Version:
This repository contains EEG data collected on 19 participants within the frame of the study "Capturing cognitive events embedded in the real-world using mobile EEG and eye-tracking". The EEG data collected during the library condition was manually annotated based on Eye-tracking data as described in the papers Methods. The inter-trial segments during which participants moved from the starting location to the instructed location in the library were discarded. The remaining data comprises long segments of EEG data around experimental events (defined as initial fixations on target book and other non-target books). The EEG data collected during the tablet condition is continuous. The timing of EEG markers was corrected based on the consitent jitter revealed by Blackbox tests (further details in the Methods section). The data was downsampled to 250Hz. The EEG data is stored across two eeglab files for each participant with .set and .fdt extensions. Electrode locations and other meta information can be found in the eeglab structure.
