Wiki Version:
This study consists of three experiments, which each include one or both phases: Visual Acquisition (VA) phase and an Imagery Acquisition (IA) phase. These setups are identical across phases and experiments, aside from the inclusion or exclusion of the audio cue (see publication for details). ---------- ****FCTM_Data.zip**** *Directory Layout* Includes a single folder for each experiment, all of which follow the same organization: - Subject - bh - subject_VA - A .txt for each run with information regarding timing and presentations in each trial - subject_IA - A .txt for each run with information regarding timing and presentations in each trial - scr - A timeseries .csv for each run in each phase - Onset - IA - A .txt with the two timepoints that each condition appears in each run - VA - A .txt with the two timepoints that each condition appears in each run *The .txt in each 'bh' folder includes 7 columns:* - Trial - Condition 1. CS+ with US 2. View CS+ 3. Imagine CS+ 4. View CS- 5. Imagine CS- - ShockOn 1. Shock delivered 2. No shock delivered - CSorientation - 0: Vertical - 135: Left - 90: Horizontal - 45: Right - TrialOn: time trial started (beginning of audio cue, if included) - GaborOn: time Gabor patch began - ITIon: time Gabor patch ended ---------- ***FCTM_tasks.zip*** These experiments were run using Matlab, the scripts for which are stored in FCTM_tasks.zip. Both the habituation and acquisition, as well as both the VA phase and IA phase scripts are included. See the publication for methodology details. ---------- ***ParticipantDocs.docx*** Includes an instruction sheet for each phase in each experiment, as well as the Likert-Style questionnaire that was completed by each participant after each phase.
