**Modular Course Materials Research Methods Courses: A SIPS Hackathon Product** ***Hackathon Organizers:*** *Michèle Nuijten, John Sakaluk, Dan Simons* ***Hackathon Contributors:*** *ALL THE HACK PEOPLE GO HERE* **How To Use This Resource** Members of the 2017 SIPS Research Methods Hackathon have collaborated to create modular content for research methods training in psychology. Our intent is for instructors to use these materials in whatever way helps their course prepartion, whether that is building a course entirely from these modules, or selectively adding modules to their already-developed curriculum. Each module contains (or will eventually contain): - A short **summary** of the module's content and module **learning goals** - References and links to **readings** that we selected to be accessible, comprehensive, and/or provocative - Links and/or downloaded for **demonstrations** of key principles - **Assignments** that vary in their depth and complexity Our list of modules follows. If you would like to contribute a module, or add to an existing one, please leave a comment or contact Michèle, John, or Dan. The [Diversifying Research Methods Syllabi OSF][1] is another a great resource to consult if you do not find content you are looking for. **Module Table of Contents** ***The Replication Crisis*** 1.
