enter image description here This project is funded from 7/18-7/21 by an NIH R15 grant. The project goals are to use RNA-seq data obtained from post mortem human donor retina as well as iPSC-derived human retinal organoids to characterized the role of DNA methylation in development, disease, and cell-restricted transcription of retinal neurons.
