<p>The Teacher Subjective Wellbeing Questionnaire is an 8-item self-report rating scales for measuring teachers' job-specific wellbeing. It's comprised of two subscales: (1) School Connectedness and (2) Teaching Efficacy. Subscale scores can be used a standalone wellbeing indicators or summed to create an Overall Teacher Subjective Wellbeing composite score.</p> <p>For a listing of papers and other materials supporting the development and validation of the TSWQ, see the link to the larger OSF project for this purpose. </p>
