Description: The aim of this project is to develop a template to describe educational systems that support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across different countries. The CASES template includes three sections: 1) Educational system, 2) Official decision of SEND; 3) Educational curriculum for students with SEND. The template has been developed based on information from the European Agency for Special Needs and Inclusive Education (EASIE), Eurydice, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). It is designed to systematically outline SEND school systems and to facilitate a comprehensive understanding among researchers, educators, and policymakers of the diverse educational landscapes for students with SEND.
