These are qiime2 pre-trained classifiers that can be used to classify your ASVs produced using the 515Y/926R primer pairs with a [custom pipeline](https://github.com/jcmcnch/eASV-pipeline-for-515Y-926R). Currently the scripts point to paths for SILVA138 and PR2 4.12.0 artifacts (NB: you'll have to change these paths unless you're running this pipeline on our server at USC), but I've also included the previously used classifiers for posterity. Note: If you downloaded the PR2 artifacts between 2021-04-12 and 2021-04-19, you should re-download them as they were not made correctly.
