Questionnaires are not included in the CC-BY licensing of this project, and are either non-copyrighted, or copyrighted by their respective copyright holders. The questionnaires in this study were administered on the computer using Computerized Individual Differences Assessor (CIDA) software. However, we provide digital copies of the questionnaires here for documentation purposes. In some instances, the formatting may not exactly match the formating as displayed by CIDA.
