Description: Studies on Woebot show that chatbots can provide effective therapeutic intervention and even establish bonds with users. However, no therapeutic chatbot has been developed in the Polish language yet. This research is focused on Fido, first-ever help-providing chatbot that uses Polish. In the planned study, we aim to establish the effectiveness of Fido, especially its influence on anxiety and depressive symptoms.
