Please follow these steps to reproduce the analysis in the paper: 1. Install R, and ensure that the libraries `XLConnect`, `ggmap`, `WDI`, `countrycode`, `sna`, `maps`, `geosphere` and `stargazer` are installed using `install.packages` 2. set the working directory to the project root (i.e. the directory containing the analysis files) 3. Run the .R files in the numbered order (01 - 05). Figures and tables are output in the corresponding subdirectories
