Description: Project undertaken by University of Surrey Institute for Sustainability team in collaboration with Surrey County Council. Primary aim was to identify criteria potentially indicative of an ‘effective’ School Travel Plan, to inform decisions around how to quantify effectiveness in a survey evaluating the effectiveness of School Travel Plans among Surrey residents. A subsidiary aim was to identify and explore the content and effectiveness of previous active school travel initiatives.
