Wiki Version:
## [Aging Workforce][1] Older people (people above the age of 40) are the core of the 21th century workforce. For organizations and policy, it is crucial that these workers and their knowledge remain in the workforce. Therefore, it is necessary to keep them engaged and interested in their jobs despite of potential issues that come with aging such as medical conditions. However medical conditions are only one threat to keeping older workers in the workforce. There are stereotypes about older people at work that might lead to decreasing engagement. Additionally, work-life and work-family balance might require organizations to offer specific interventions to older workers. This learning module aims at helping students to understand the impact of aging at work. [1]:https://osf.io/ry9s4/
