This component includes quality control data for the [replication][1] of the experiment reported in Figure 4C and Supplemental Figure 1 of [Sirota et al. 2011][2]. Quality control data for the A549 and ACHN cell lines is available in the [files section][3]. This includes results confirming the cell lines were free of mycoplasma contamination ('Myco' in file name) and common mouse pathogens ('Pathogen' in file name). Additionally, STR DNA profiling of the cell lines ('Cell Auth' in the file name) was performed and all cells were confirmed to be the indicated cell lines when queried against STR profile databases. Note: The pathogen results for the [ACHN][4] cells also contains the pathogen results for the MM.1S cells used in another [RP:CB][5] [replication study][6].
