Description: De novo genomic SNP data as provided by Diversity Arrays Technology (DArTech) and used in analyses published in Anderson et al 2023, "Sample contamination explains evidence of close kin proximity in yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) in the Western and Central Pacific Ocean". Regarding sequence data interpretation, DArTech annotates their genotype calls such that '0' = homozygous for allele A, '1' = homozygous for allele a (phrasing used with acknowledgement of the semantics of major and minor alleles at codominant loci), '2' = heterogeneous, and '-' = missing data. NB: samples involved in re-sequencing are named with the suffix '_a' to indicate they are from the 2016 sequencing event and '_b' to indicate they are from the 2021 sequencing event.
