Description: All data needed for the reproduction of the main and supplementary figures of "Neurons in the monkey frontopolar cortex encode learning stage and goal during a fast learning task" by Nougaret & Ferrucci et al. in PLOS Biology, are in the S1_Data Excel Workbook. Each sheet of the workbook contains the data allowing to plot a figure or sub-figure. Custom code along with dummy data is provided for the linear discriminant analysis performed in figure 5. Matlab matrices are provided for the main figures 2B, 5C and 6A and for supplementary figures 5 (bottom) and 7. In each matrix are present all the data points that have been used for the computation of the mean and sem or std depicted in each barplots.
