Description: This scoping review proposes to understand current frameworks and evidence on policy-maker engagement to 1) align research agendas with the needs of policy-makers, 2) allow policy-makers to choose, design and execute agendas and policies, 3) improve the implementation of day-to-day policies, and 4) guide policy-makers to evaluate the results from the decisions made.
