Regularly scheduled workshops, presented by [OU Libraries][1] targeted to researchers of all levels (graduate students, faculty, postdocs, research-oriented undergrads) to increase working efficiency with understanding of research and data better practices. Workshops focus on a broadly targeted mix of concepts and tools. We can bring our regular topic or customized workshops [to you and your group on location as well][2]. This is a living document and we add changes as curricula are developed, debuted, and revised. Curricula are made available for all to use via CC-BY licensing. General categories of workshops are: - "Survival Skills 101" are beginner/introductory-level workshops to make research products reproducible within any workflow in any field (backups, formatting data, organizing file structures and readmes, and visualizing data). - "Better Practices" are beginner/introductory-level workshops covering topics such as version control, writing data management plans, and managing research project files. - "Workflow Tools" cover more beginner- to intermediate-level topics that depend on project and researcher preferences, such as graphing in R and Python, formatting documents with LaTeX, and more. Workshops are developed by [DAVIS @ OU Libraries][3] and [STEM Services][4] in coordination with the [OU Digital Skills Hub][5].
