Description: This poster outlines the design of a new survey created by the Digital Preservation at Oxford and Cambridge (DPOC) project, in collaboration with the Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC). The purpose of the survey is to collect current statistics about full-time equivalent (FTE) staffing resources that organizations have dedicated to digital preservation activities, and how these FTEs are arranged in each organization. This will be measured alongside each organization’s current digital preservation maturity level, the duration the organization has been undertaking digital preservation activities and their current digital preservation policy and strategy landscape. The intention is to provide up-to-date and accurate information for organizations looking to build their own business cases and advocate for digital preservation programs.
