Description: The project is an analysis of LncRNA profiles in neonatal rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). The mainly process of RNA-seq contains several steps. The first step is quality control, mapping and transcriptome assembly. The second step was screening lncRNAs. The next step was quantitative and differential analysis. Finally, the functional analysis was done and it included GO and KEGG pathway analysis. The most of data related to this project was shared on this website. And the content of each folder is briefly introduced in Wiki.
