Description: This project seeks to answer two main questions: Who considers themselves an evaluator, and why? Who does evaluation but does not call themselves an evaluator, and why? This study will us an exploratory sequential mixed methods design, starting first with interviews with evaluators and non-evaluators (e.g., people doing evaluation that eschew the title, people who previously called themselves an evaluator but no longer do) and then following up with a survey.
