The technical lead for most RC+S questions is Jeffery Herron, and once you get a green light from Medtronic you may be assigned a different support person. There is extensive documentation that Medtronic will share with you once you they agree to work with you on your project. However, one key difference from the PC+S device is that the RC+S is primarily a streaming based device that is not designed to store data onboard. Communication with the device is largely through an API (no dedicated software to communicate with device is provided). For more techincal speciciations and details about the device see [here][1].
