Introduction

This sample dataset and scripts are designed to evaluate niimath, a clone of the popular fslmaths. This dataset can be used to evaluate different CPUs (e.g. Apple ARM M1 vs x86-64) or different compilers (e.g. Clang/LLVM, gcc, MSVC). A structural T1-weighted and resting state T2* series using the HCP sequences are provided.
