Description: At the individual level, it has been suggested that the consonance of the sound affects auditory-motor synchronization, but to date no studies have investigated this at the level of a joint action synchronization task. Participants performed a dyadic synchronization–continuation task (SCT), creating together different chords that were either consonant (perfect fifth and major sixth) or dissonant (minor second or major second).
