Description: This registration document contains the project goals and analysis plan for existing longitudinal data. The project has two primary goals: (1) to examine how vocational interests and personality traits develop and change during adolescence and young adulthood and (2) to examine whether changes in interests and personality traits predict career outcomes over and above initial levels. The project uses longitudinal data spanning approximately 12-years from two separate samples.
