These files contain the R and Matlab scripts for data manipulation, analysis, and plotting for Studies 1 and 2 of our manuscript. Please note that the regressions in Stan take a considerable amnount of time and computer resources to run, so using a university cluster computer or running these analyses in the background may be needed. Most regressions took several days to run, with the cascade model taking around 3 full weeks.
