Description: Cohort study: Young adult women with breast cancer are recruited at "Klinik Ostseedeich" in Groemitz, Northern Germany, since ~ 2010. This clinic offers a three-week in-patient mother-child rehabiliation program. Inclusion criteria (for the oncological rehab) are the diagnosis of non-metastastic breast cancer (ICD-10 C50, D05.1) and at least one child under the age of 12 years that accompanied its mother. Inclusion criteria for present analysis: Rehab stay 2015-2021, age 25-39 yrs at diagnosis Outcome: Needs for supportive care based on EORTC QLQ-C30, thresholds as proposed by Lidington et al. 2022
