Description: In order to preregister our planned follow-up data collection for the study “Followership styles scrutinized: Construct stability and relations to significant organizational variables over time”, we apply the template of Brandt et al. (2014). Their preregistration specifically refers to replication studies. However, it allows for the justification and explanation of a follow-up data collection that we need in order to test our previous findings with more power (i.e., with a bigger sample size).
