Wiki Version:
The directory "raw_WSIs" contains the de-identified whole slide images (WSIs) used in the study. WSIs are not color-normalized. The directory "normalized_tiles" contains the 1536 x 1536 pixel, color-normalized image tiles. These images are processed to detect plaque candidates, which are saved to the directory "tile_seg". "tile_seg" contains the final 256 x 256 pixel images used for training and evaluation of the models. "CAM_images" is a directory containing the class activation maps for the consensus-of-two model as well as both undergraduate novice models. "unnormalized_tile_seg" contains the unnormalized 256 x 256 pixel image equivalents to "tile_seg" for phase one images.
