Repository Contents ------------------- This project contains the supplementary materials for the paper "Effects of Patient- and Family-Centred Care for Young Adults with Chronic Health Conditions and their Family Members: A Systematic Review" published in Emerging Adulthood by David Allen, Assoc. Prof. Nerina Scarinci, and Prof. Louise Hickson. This repository contains the following files and materials: - **Tables.docx**: Supplementary tables that document the original searches conducted as part of the systematic review, as well as the results of the critical appraisal process, which is documented in the paper. The critical appraisal tools used were originally reported in Allen, Scarinci, and Hickson (2018). - **Appendix.docx**: The algorithms used to determine whether identified papers met the age-based requirements for inclusion in the review. - **data.xlsx**: The raw data, including all papers identified, the exclusion reasons identified for those papers that were excluded, and the results of cross-checking passes. - **code.R**: The raw R code used to generate quantitative results. The original analysis was performed using [R](https://www.r-project.org/) version 3.3.3, [readxl](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/readxl/) version 1.0.0, [plyr](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/plyr/) version 1.8.4, and [metafor](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/metafor/) version 2.0-0. - ***.png**: The forest plots generated by running **code.R**. Note that the file names here correspond to Figure numbers in the original paper, to allow for comparison between models with highly influential papers removed and models that included highly influential papers (which were excluded from the original paper). Funding -------- This study was conducted under the [HEARing CRC](http://www.hearingcrc.org), established under the Cooperative Research Centres (CRC) Programme. The CRC Programme supports industry led end-user driven research collaborations to address the major challenges facing Australia. References ---------- 1. Allen, D., Scarinci, N., & Hickson, L.
