Description: The BILLY Impact Evaluation was a randomized, controlled trial undertaken by the International Rescue Committee and the Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation, Development, and Evaluation (gui2de) between July of 2019 and October of 2021, to evaluate the impacts of the IRC's microenterprise component of the Building Income and Leveraging Livelihoods for Youth (BILLY) program in Nairobi, Kenya.
The study was approved on July 2019 by Georgetown University's IRB under the record STUDY00001000. It was pre-registered in March 2020 on AEA's RTC trial registry.
