**Protocol** - The prospective protocol registration can be found [here][1]. - During the title/abstract screening procedure, we noticed that our inclusion criteria did not clearly reflect what we intended to convey and left room for ambiguous interpretation. We have [updated our protocol][2] to include these changes. - The detailed search strategy for PubMed (Appendix A) can be viewed/downloaded [here][3]. During the review process, we will adapt this search strategy for other databases; these adapted search strategies will be uploaded to the "Adapted Search Strategies" folder. **Scoping Review** - Data extracted from the included studies can be found in the "Data" folder. - The template for the final data extraction form can also be found in the "Data" folder.
