Description: The Dictionary of Organizational Culture and Practices (DOCP) is the result of a research project and enables the analysis of texts from organizations based on the Multi-focus Model of Organizational Culture based on Hofstede et al. (1990). The files can be used via the LIWC software or within R using the quanteda package. The dictionary is available in two file formats, one suiting the old LIWC2015 version and the other the newer 2022 version.
