Wiki Version:
Welcome to CrocBase! To get started, download our CrocBase specimen list (below) and choose your data. Then go to the projects you like, and under 'Files' select 'OSF Storage'. Select individual frames or use Shift+Click or Ctrl+Click to select multiple frames for download. There is a list of files/specimens here that we try to keep updated: https://osf.io/a8ng9/ The full set of CT scans from CrocBase has individual links here: https://osf.io/6zamj/ For whichever projects you use, please find the citation at the top right corner of the project page. We thank La Ferme Aux Crocodiles, France for provision of the specimens used. None were euthanised for the purposes of this study. http://www.lafermeauxcrocodiles.com/english/about-the-farm.html Also we thank Crocodiles of the World (UK) for recent donations: https://www.crocodilesoftheworld.co.uk/ Happy snapping! Thanks to the Leverhulme Trust and NERC (grants to John R. Hutchinson) for funding that made sharing these data possible.
