These files recreate the results for the manuscript "Ultradian Rhythms in Heart Rate Variability and Distal Body Temperature Anticipate the Luteinizing Hormone Surge Onset" by Azure Grant, Mark Newman and Lance Kriegsfeld. They also provide the QCycle data set, which consists of 55 cycles (45 premenopausal, 55 perimenopausal) of oura ring data, LH surge days, annotation, wavelet analyses and hormone/metabolite data for 20 cycles (4 perimenopausal).
