Wiki Version:
The .Rmd files can be run or compiled (.pdf) to generate the figures used in the paper. All the *packages* required to generate figures and stats are uploaded as needed. Datasets are expected to be within the same .Rmd folder. ---------- The .m files upload .mat object arrays generated with the **SlidebookObj** Matlab class for processing and analyzing calcium imaging data in the Frye Lab (https://github.com/bjhardcastle/SlidebookObj). The .m codes used here inherit base functions from **SlidebookObj** to handle and plot object arrays. Therefore, it is required to download [**SlidebookObj**](https://github.com/bjhardcastle/SlidebookObj) folder, save it and add all subfolders to Matlab's path so that it can access them. Datasets are expected to be within the same .m folder.
