**Description:**
This project briefly describes validation experiments of new digital human characters from the Empathy-Enhancing Virtual Evolving Environment (EEVEE; Jackson et al., 2015) for future studies (e.g., on pain, emotions, and empathy). A summary of the results is available for each validation experiment.
The validation experiments were approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the *Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux de la Capitale-Nationale* (#2018-414).
