Description: Below you can see and download the preprocessed (band-pass filtered 0.03–200 Hz and notch-filtered at 50 Hz), epoched (around the stimulus onset/appearance) MEG data (+behavioural data included) of the project in ".mat" format readable in MATLAB. There are 21 files for the 21 participants (data from participants 5 and 7 were excluded from analyses because of technical problems during data collection.) "ds.samples" provide the data samples for the 160 sensors aligned to the stimulus onset time for the 1920 trials presented to the participant. The data is saved in COSMOMVPA format where for each sample, the data from all 160 sensors are concatenated in sequence. Therefore, column 1 contains the first sample for sensor number 1, column 10 contains the 1st sample for sensor number 10 and column 161 contains the 2nd sample for sensor number 1. The sampling frequency is 1000 Hz and the stimulus-aligned data show the samples from -100 to 3000 ms after the stimulus onset time. 'ds.fa.chan' and 'ds.fa.time' show the information about columns of 'ds.samples'. "ds.sa" provides information about each presented stimulus and response for every trial. It contains information about: * whether the trials was Active(1) or Monitoring(2) in 'ds.sa.Active_monitoring_block' * whether cued color in the trial was green (1) or red(0) in 'ds.sa.Cued_color_block_green_red' * whether the dot color was green(1) or red (0) in 'ds.sa.Dotcolor_green_red' * whether the dot approached from left(1) or right(0) in 'ds.sa.DirectionApproach_left_right' * whether the dot approached from upper left(1), lower left (2) or upper right(3) or lower right (4) in 'ds.sa.DirectionApproachDetailed_left12_right34' * whether the dot was/was to be deflected upward(1) or downward(0) in 'ds.sa.DirectionDeflectDetailed_up_down' * what block of trials was the dot from in 'ds.sa.BlockNumber' * at what distances (relative to central object) the dot moved on their trajectory after onset 'ds.sa.Distances' * what the trial outcome was for that dot in 'ds.sa.ResponseToDots': Column 1=target dot_cuedColor(1)/non-target_CuedColor(0)/Target_Uncued_color(distractor;2)/Nontarget_Uncued_color(3) Column 2=Reaction time relative to deflection point Column 3=response type ((1)True Positive: in time button press; (2)True Negative: no button press to non-target dot; (3)False positive: response to non-target dot; (4)False negative: missing the target) Please contact us if you have any questions at: hkarimi265@gmail.com
