Wiki Version:
## **No evidence that inbreeding avoidance is up-regulated during the ovulatory phase of the menstrual cycle** ### This project page contains data, analyses scripts and output files for **Study 1**. --- The data and analyses reported in the manuscript can be found in the component *[Analyses using BRMS][1]*. We recommend downloading the whole directory as a ZIP file (note that it is ~6GB in size) to maintain file structure and ensure smooth running of all scripts. ---- We initially analysed aggregated self-preference scores using linear mixed-effect models in lme4. The component *[Initial analyses in LME4][2]* contains these original analyses: - selfres_anon.csv: data file - Holzleitner_HormonesKinshipCues_Study1_DATA.Rmd: data processing script as R Notebook - Holzleitner_HormonesKinshipCues_Study1_DATA.html: data processing output and notes - Holzleitner_HormonesKinshipCues_Study1_ANALYSES.Rmd: analysis file as R Notebook - Holzleitner_HormonesKinshipCues_Study1_ANALYSES.html: supplemental materials (i.e., analysis output and notes) ---- **Study 1 was supported by European Research Council grants awarded to LMD (KINSHIP #647910) and BCJ (OCMATE #282655).** [1]: https://osf.io/3y7wk/ [2]: https://osf.io/6xn4d/
