Description: Script and files associated with the analysis of TCGA breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA) samples positive for PIK3CA-H1047R. The analysis focused specifically on the expression of embryonic genes such as NODAL, MYC, NANOG and POU5F1. Due to low expression of most of these genes in the bulk RNAseq dataset, these results should be considered explorative only as the power to detect robust relationship was deemed too low. These data were removed from the final version of the manuscript but are included here for transparency.
