Project Virtuous
The idea behind the VIRTUOUS project was to create a training curriculum of behavior management techniques that teachers (and student teachers) could utilize in their classrooms when dealing with students’ inappropriate/challenging/disruptive behaviors. Project VIRTUOUS (Erasmus+ KA2 2020-1-EL01-KA203-079205) is a European Union funded project aiming to develop a training program and a collaborative virtual environment (CVE) to train teachers and student teachers in managing students’ challenging behaviors. The program and the proposed intervention are comprised of three key elements: • a training curriculum, • a virtual learning environment and • a training course for teachers and student teachers.
