Description: ABSTRACT In pandemic situations, online learning has an inevitable role in every aspect of our life. Due to lockdown, most of the education systems are working through online mode. The Government of India has put forward a new education poly with due importance to digital learning. This study is covering up the urgency, benefits, and challenges of e-education. A teacher's role in the learning process and suggestions to conduct online education in significant ways are also discussed.
