Description: These files (along with the data files available here: https://osf.io/6s8b3/) can be used to recreate the manuscript from scratch. The manuscript was written in R Markdown where regular prose is interleaved with analysis code (paperCOD.Rmd). In addition to the data files, the script calls upon a separate appendix file (appendix.Rmd), bibliography file (references.bib), and citations style file (rsos.csl). A fully reproducible package is available in a Code Ocean container (https://doi.org/10.24433/CO.abd8b483-c5e3-4382-a493-1fc5aecb0f1d.v2) which re-creates the software environment in which the original analyses were performed.
