Description: This genome-wide association meta-analysis aims to identify novel genetic loci associated with the development and course of internalising symptoms. To examine how genetic influences change over time, the samples include individuals from age 3 to 18. The analyses will allow for the detection of age-specific effects as well as effects that are stable across childhood and adolescence. SNP heritability will be calculated to estimate the percentage of variance in internalizing problems that can be explained by genetic effects.
