### **[GeoSurvey][1]** This project provides **["FAIR data"][2]** workflows for mapping settlements, building densities, the distributions of croplands and woody vegetation cover. It focuses on land cover changes related to human impacts (in Africa), using machine learning with open-source, near-real-time RS/GIS and spatial observation data. Please have a look @ https://geosurvey.qed.ai/, which provides the background and software to conduct your own GeoSurveys and land cover assessments. You can contribute your efforts to this project if you wish. This is a work in progress that we will update frequently. The project is linked to a number of others on OSF that can be tracked.
