Wiki Version:
Collection of datasets collected and generated from the survey. You may use the files provided here to select names based on the collected ratings. If you want to select names based on specific ratings (e.g. Intelligence, Attractiveness), we advise to use the file [Names_mean.csv][1], which contains aggregated ratings (mean over all participants) for each names. If you require individual ratings from all participants, use the file [Names_long.csv][2] instead. We also provide an R-Package, that can be used to select and match names based on a wide range of criteria. This package is provided on GitHub (INSERT LINK AFTER DEANONYMIZATION) and in the [R-Package][3] component. Folder Structure: * **Cleaned Data**: Data after cleaning and merging of the datafiles * Test sessions and empty rows (i.e. trials not performed) have been removed * Demographic data and ratings are merged * Collection of mean data for each name over all ratings for that name * **Raw Data**: Contains the data directly taken from oTree as one file per oTree application in CSV format. * Note: Data collections was done as part of the Sessions "wvyrp8ff", "05lrruzk", "gnlc8dzj", "nmk8mwwf", "45dbfczr", "spvcxhah" and "98yrn589". All other sessions were only used for testing and should be ignored. Files: * **Cleaned Data/Names_long.csv**: Individual ratings of all names per participant (long format). * **Cleaned Data/Names_long.RData**: Individual ratings of all names per participant (long format) for direct import into R. * **Cleaned Data/Names_mean.csv**: Averaged ratings of all names and collected features (e.g. count in corpus, gender in name dictionarity etc). * **Cleaned Data/Names_mean.RData**: Averaged ratings of all names and collected features (e.g. count in corpus, gender in name dictionarity etc) for direct import into R. * **Cleaned Data/Data_Dictionary.ods**: Data dictionary for the two cleaned (csv) files. Types and method of collection for all columns in the other files. * **Raw Data/\*.csv**: Individual files from oTree apps [1]: https://osf.io/9kuyd/ [2]: https://osf.io/wbt8m/ [3]: https://osf.io/q6kdf/
