The **script_EEG_preprocessing** component contains: * **EmoSSR_scenes.m**: MATLAB scripts that performs preprocessing of EEG data, calculation of grand mean, and extraction of topographies and frequency spectra; * **PreprocessData_sourceTopo.m**: script used for preprocessing EEG raw data for subsequent analysis of SSVEP sources and topographical dissimilarity. It slightly differs from *EmoSSR_scenes.m* in the way triggers are handled.
