To reproduce the paper's analysis and main figures, please START HERE. **Files description** - OSF data.zip contains all the behavioral data in .mat format - myfunctions.zip contains supporting functions - the "analysis" folder contains the Matlab scripts to run the analyses in the paper and reproduce the paper figures - manuscript_pipeline.m is the main script file that calls all the other functions - **Step by step instructions** 1. Download "OSF data.zip" and unzip the file 2. Download "myfunctions.zip" and unzip the file 3. Download the "analysis" folder 4. Create a main working folder that contains the unzipped data folder (OSF data) and a figure folder where Matlab can save your figures 5. The supporting functions folder (myfunctions) can be anywhere on your machine 6. Open manuscript_pipeline.m and change the preamble of the script, indicating your folder paths (figure, myfunctions, data etc.). 7. Run the code line by line 8. ***Configuration*** The code has been tested with the following configuration: - iOS Monterey 12.2 - Matlab 2021b ***Requirements*** Matlab requires the installation of the statistics and machine learning toolbox to run the regression analyses.
