<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p> <p>The group's goal is to create a white paper by Spring 2019 on how to conduct a risk assessment for collecting patron data in a library-built system.</p> <p>Members: Kristin Briney, Charlie Harper, Jacob Levernier, John Mark Ockerbloom, Shea Swauger, Becky Yoose.</p> <hr> <p><strong>CONTENT AND FILE ORGANIZATION</strong></p> <p>Wiki:</p> <ul> <li>"Home" (this document)</li> <li>"To Do List" is a place for us to keep track of tasks that need to be done.</li> </ul> <p>Files:</p> <ul> <li>"Drafts" folder is for any drafts of deliverables. Please use version numbers in the file name (eg. "_v01", "_v02", etc.) as appropriate.</li> <li>"MeetingNotes" contains meeting notes. Please name files using the "MeetingNotes_YYYYMMMDD" naming convention.</li> <li>"Resources" is a folder for documents that support the group's work.
