Description: This research team is studying the impact at the state level of telehealth policies on healthcare utilization and costs for treating chronic conditions. There is a growing body of evidence that the use of telehealth can improve clinical outcomes among patients with chronic conditions. This study attempts to understand the optimal policy environment for payment and service models for telehealth.
