Description: S1 data includes the data used for the Figures and Tables in the paper and it also additional results such as: summary statistics, ELISA results, viral titers of pig and ferret samples, macroscopic evaluation results and inter-observer-agreement measurements. Clinical_statistics.csv, pathology.csv and viral_shedding_statistics.csv are used in the 2020_experimental_infection_pigs_and_ferrets_plos_pathogens_statistics_.R (which is the R-codes used for the statistical analysis). Correlation.pzfx includes the correlation analysis of maximal increase of body temperature from baseline and weight gain from 0 to 3 days post inoculation (DPI).
